I know that seeking therapy can be especially difficult for neurodivergent people. That's why I'll work with you individually to create a therapy experience that meets your needs. No one-size-fits-all approaches here! I'll use my training as a psychologist and my lived experience as a neurodivergent person to help you find the tools you need to thrive.
